Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The rooms, while beautiful with a nice bathtub and a view of the avenue of trees, were a bit dated, noisy, and lacked enough seating options. The service was welcoming overall, but there were instances of staff being a little sullen. The location, close to subway stations and on Ave Liberdade, was convenient but not perfect. The dining experience offered excellent food and coffee but lacked organization in a small space. The facilities were decent but could use some improvement.
The hotel offers a large and extremely comfortable bed in clean and big rooms. However, there were no slippers, bathrobes, or a kettle for tea or coffee. The location is conveniently situated in a quiet part of Lisbon center, close to public transportation. The dining experience was okay but lacked some expected variety for a four-star hotel.
The hotel is located in a nice residential neighborhood with plenty of charming cafes and restaurants around and close to the underground station 'Sao Sebastiao. ' The staff are nice and attentive, going out of their way to shield guests from the rain upon arrival and are always polite and courteous. The dining experience, however, lacked variety and proper preparation of scrambled eggs. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money.
The hotel room was quiet, facing a residential area, with comfy bed & pillows. However, breakfast had a canteen quality, and there was no iron provided in the room.
The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms with a separate lounge and a small rooftop terrace, although there were a lot of flies constantly. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional, ensuring a delightful stay. The location was convenient, just minutes away from the metro and close to various cafes and restaurants. The dining experience was great, but breakfast started a bit late for business travelers. Overall, a pleasant stay with minor inconveniences.
My stay at the hotel was overall really good. The rooms were large, clean, and comfortable with nice views over the courtyard, and there were plenty of towels and toiletries provided. The check-in time being at 4 pm was a bit inconvenient, but once inside, the room was big, very clean, and comfortable. The room was spacious, well air-conditioned, and very comfortable.
I had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and has easy access to the metro for quick downtown trips. The rooms are decently sized but could use some updates, especially the aging hair dryer. The residential area setting offers a tranquil environment, though the furnishings are outdated and worn, detracting from the experience. The high ceilings, comfy bed, and extra pillows were a plus, but the noise levels were somewhat bothersome, and it's definitely not a luxury suite.
The hotel was clearly indicated 'with view,' offering very nice rooms that were impeccable, spacious, and comfortable. Mornings were packed, so enjoying coffee and food on the terrace was a nice touch, although it could get crowded. The location was good for traveling to the city center but had very poor breakfast options.
The hotel offers well-equipped and quiet rooms, with a nice size and cleanliness; however, it lacks seating opportunities. The location is not too bad, approximately a 30-minute walk from the city center, and the staff members were nice and knowledgeable about the local area.
